My wife wants me to take better care of myself as well. That pretty much means laying off the beer and trying to get a little exercise. This summer that means walking when I golf. I figure that is 3-4 miles up and down hills carrying about 25 lbs of gear. I have nothing against exercise, I just don't like doing it on a treadmill. By the way, I shot an 83 today. The best since high school. I am shooting to be consistently in the 70s this year.

 

I won four golf tournaments on golden tee last year.

 

It is a good sport to learn. You can play it forever and it is a great way to network. I grew up playing, but basically quit once I went to college. I have been trying to play more the last couple years but that meant 12-15 times over the course of the year. This year I have been getting out a lot. I have already played 12-15 times.

 

I tried golfing once, got suckered into a hacker classic. Stupid game ruined a nice walk, busted 2 clubs.
