41° in Gary yesterday morning. I did good by leaving my mattress heater on the bed when I "summerized" my truck last weekend.
I was kicking myself Thu night. Had coils to load at Arcelor E. Chicago and check-in guy asks "any passengers?" Me:"Nope. Just a four legged one."
I haven't been to that crap hole in a few years but they don't allow dogs at all now.
So I had to get load appt. changed to Fri. morning when a new check-in person is there. Kept my lips zipped this time.
Could have unloaded Friday morning in TN instead of Friday night.
Good week but Indiana roads beat the snot out of me.
But I am home now until the creeper cop blitzkrieg is finished. -
Why in the world won't they let dogs in?
Was that Chicago USA or Chicago in some communist country? -

1989 I was a junior in high school.
I was going to school, milking cows, bagging groceries, and raising hell and drinking beer in between.Logan76 Thanks this.
