    That would be two words with a hyphen. Anyway, there are good things but the biggest companies also have the most detractors, not saying it isn't warranted in all cases just something to keep in mind.

    I worked for Swift for a little under a year. This is back in 2004 though, I'm sure things have changed somewhat. They treated me well. I had a good trainer and dispatcher. I didn't like being forced to drive teams for a month with another trainee to complete my "training".

    Being kept waiting for 5 weeks by a company that has allegedly hired me, I'd be pissed. I'm about to leave my current job to get on with Roehl, but I'm getting a leave of absence from my current job, so I have the option to go back for up to 2 months. I can't afford to sit around for a month waiting for a trainer.

    5 weeks? Did you request a certain type of trainer like a non-smoker or a female?

    I requested a smoker as I smoke. That's about it.
