Old term, greatly oversized extravagant family home mirroring the look of a mansion. Often built with economic materials to save costs.

Thanks. Guess everyone's definition of what qualifies to such is open for debate. To me that qualifies as anything that doesn't have wheels underneath it or tongue attached. Sad glorified trailers are selling for 280k and up

So what should a diver make pulling a tanker?
Don’t forget about other benefits like medical, dental insurance and the other payments for other things like layover, wash outs and per diem.

It's all spent at the dealership, judging by new truck prices.

One thing a lot of people forget when they look at trucking as an occupation, is that if you wanna make that kind of money, it’s a full-time job. I’ve seen a good number of threads on here, with people worried about having enough of time to watch the stock markets, etc. I have nothing against watching the stock market, but if you wanna make six digits on your trucking job, that’s going to have to be your primary focus. Yes it’s possible, but you have to be willing to work for it. And I agree, it’s not possible at every carrier. And generally, that kind of money comes with a skill set other than being a steering wheel holder, and a door swinger.

    Bottom line…..
    Don’t believe the recruiters.
Talk to a driver and especially an experienced one, not some flip flop wearing kid.
