I have a 2002 Freightliner Columbia with a '95 S60 on it, i get it to the dealer to get my engine brake fixed, after picking it up I've noticed that the ground from the alternator is not connected, where should I get it on?

FL usually has a 3/8 welded stud on the frame rails inside on both sides next to engine. One for starter and engine block ground straps and the other for alternator. They may have twisted it off and left it for the next guy to worry about. They have a habit of corrosion snapping.

Frame is the best place so if you can’t find it just find a pre drilled hole, clean off the paint to bare steel and bolt it up with new bolt.

Make sure you coat the ends that attach to the frame real good with something waterproof to stave off future corrosion.
