I've seen much worse get hired. Apply with companies until something hits. It works.

Your right the problem for driving for a buddy a lot of companies want verified experience that means if his buddy runs his business from his house some companies won’t except that only if the business has it’s own address and phone that isn’t the owners personal address and phone number.I ran on my own authority for a long time and I had a good friend who’s job hopping made it hard for him to get a job I would let him drive my truck on occasion when he didn’t have a job so I could take some time off and he could make some money he did have a family.He would ask me on occasion to give a job reference and say he worked for me more and longer than he actually did.Companies are well aware of people doing this so they won’t take it as verification of employment without it being a stand alone business.
