If you've only got 4 mos to go, I'd suggest Toe The Line and honor your commitment.

Idk if your buyout is prorated, or if it's the whole shebang.

4mos goes by pretty quickly and your choices will be much greater if you don't have that BUYOUT hanging over your head.
You'll be right back into indentured servitude.

 

Finish your year, then the world is yours as long as you don't have a bad record.

Don't start to jump around now, you'll only F yourself.

 

As others have pointed out, finish your contracted agreement. This does two things, first it showed you follow through with your commitments and gets your year in. After that you will be clear of any contract. If you have a good record, you should be able to go any place that meets your needs. The other thing is, if you provide some location information, you might get some good recommendations to better companies that can provide what your looking for.

 

Use these next few months as paid training.
