we have ours in the overhead,

WHY because alot of times if i drop a load 1-2 hr's before the cut off for payroll and it my be 30+ miles to somelace i can scan it.

i don't deliver until 0800 today and it may take 2hr to get unloaded and right now it would take me over an hour to get to someplace i can scan so the soonest i could get it done would be 1100 and the cut off is 1200 if everything works out right

THATS WHY I CAN DO IT IN THE TRUCK.!

NewbieDan-- close, you scan it using fransflo software and then just hit send on it goes to them and you get a tracking number so you can check their site and see it made it

I recently bought my first Canon MP495 printer/scanner/copier at WallyWorld. I like it better especially after HP warranty screwed me on my last laptop.

I have an older(2005) but perfect condition HP PSC-1410v scanner/printer/copier someone can have if they pay the shipping. Probably $5-10. I bought it when I had an desktop with XP so it probably won't work on a newer computer? There might be a newer driver online? It's little and perfect size for a truck. It needs cartridges. But someone is welcome to it. I only bought cartridges once for it is how little it's been used.

ffemt2311, were you sleeping in orientation? :)

I was thinking about Windows 7. I'm not sure if they update the drivers or not? But many still run XP and Vista. I saw a guy the other day still using Millenium SE. :biggrin_2559:

For those with an i-Phone 4, you don't even need a scanner/printer to transflow your paperwork. I just found this so I can't say how well it works...but talk about a space saver! Looks pretty kewl: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqfwSTMvsXQ&feature=player_embedded[/ame]

Awesome on the iPhone app. I knew there was a trip pack app, but couldn't find the transflo one last time I looked.

What's the company letters we enter? USXI???

I already had the trip pack app, and the USXI code works for it, but for the trans flo app it doesn't work. I've tried it a few times with no luck.
