New loves nearly done on I-65 just north of Lafayette, IN.

Not a loves but finally opened a couple days ago is the Compass Travel Center in Demotte, Indiana. I-65 exit 230 ( opposite side of Loves & TA )

I stopped in yesterday, very nice place. Has a Dunkin Donuts and a full service sit down restaurant that will be opening next week. Showers, lots of parking, separate fuel desk from where the 4 wheelers get gas. They also have trucks for sale inside the actual truckstop as "Compass Truck Sales" owns the place....

New Love's now open in Patterson, CA. I was just in Salinas this morning and was surprised to see a Love's being built one exit south of the Pilot.

That one just north of Alexandria was built way too small. Always a cluster. Hope the new one is bigger. Not a lot of good stops between Shreveport and Opelousas.

They just opened one in Carthage, Tx on the east side at the junction of US79 from Shreveport and US59.

    mjd4277 and silverspur Thank this.

Ain’t that the truth-just ran I-49 tonight hauling coffee from Lecombe,LA to Wilmer,TX.
When I ran southbound I stopped at the Eagles Truck Stop in Mansfield. That place is a dive! Even some of candy sold there was past its shelf life! The parking lot resembled a minefield with all the potholes it had!
