I can think of a few Pilots that fit that description, side by side Pilots on 78 in Memphis for example.

Truck stops along 13 are rare. The only one I can think of right now is the old school one on the N/B side in Laurel.

At least most of the Royal Farms along there have room to park.

    Mack-E6,
My wife and I lived in Seaford, De. for many years and I fueled and ate at the sit down restaurant at least every other week. We also used the Royal Farms as they are modern, clean, well lit and have roomy lots. Route 13 is a well traveled N/S route for anyone going into the Tidewater Va. area and used to have a few truck stops years ago.

Back when they built those first Loves in the late 1970s and 1980s trucking was completely different. Less trucks less traffic less everything.

A small place for trucks to stop with 2-3 showers and 10 parking spaces was enough. 12 parking spaces was considered 'big'.

M&M was good back in the day, especially the restaurant. Good food and fair prices. When the state redid the port of entry to move the ent/exit around behind the truck stop instead of directly off 191, it was easier to slip by the scale. Pull in the truck stop, fix your logs and then slide out and miss the port. Never had anyone chase me down.
