It's kinda all what ya want .
Omaha is a trucking mecca and on 80 good entertainment and sports venues , bars , restaurants and a 20 minute commute anywhere .
Fishing ,hunting etc .
But not a cheap place to live and the climate ranges from bitter cold to blazing hot and humid .
I love Nebraska and Iowa but if it wasn't for my love of city attractions I'd live outstate .

This has me wanting to move back to TN once we finally get in the position to move... We want out of the town we are in for reasons to many to list... Just got to vide our time... Currently in South GA but raised In TN

We live close to Chattanooga TN. Great area as we are withing a couple hours of Atlanta, Birmingham and Nashville. Lot's of freight in this corridor and many loads go right by the house. No personal state income tax is nice also!

Did not realize TN is basically a no state income tax state. Something else to consider
