which company???

So after taking getting fed up with Werner's.... stuff, I've decided to try my luck somewhere else. I have been prehired by melton, ptl, and srt. Roehl and conway told me to hold on for another month then they would hire me as an experienced driver. If anyone has any opinions or experience on these companies id love to see them so that I can make a better informed decision, thank you in advance.
