Which GPS pgm and wireless internet are best?

    thought about getting verizon wireless card and copilot truck for laptop until I heard alk was coming out with stadalone unit. Now I'm looking for that unit and wireless card to skype with family during breaks, or set the camera up so the family can see me and talk to me while i'm going down the road.
