Lighten up Hero ..... Only you can decide which to drive for. Total up the good and bad from each company and figure it out. And by the way, I have more backing miles than you have going forward... O/O since 1978

IMHO, three of the worst names showed up in the first two or three posts. For sure stay away from CR England. When starting out the "BFI's" (Bottom Feeders, INC) or "Mega-Companies" often appear to be the only readily available option and you have to start somewhere. You might consider Knight or Schnieder, JMO. Your choice will most likely come down to the lesser of the evils. Do lots of research. Then make a list of what is most important to you.

If you will read through the "good company" and "bad company" posts on this forum you will get a good feel for what you want and what is available. I say read, as opposed to ask questions, because as you read the posts you get a feel for the credibility of the posters. It's more work but it pays higher dividends. When you ask questions you get opinions just like the one I'm giving now. You really don't know if I'm credible. If you read through several hundred posts in a thread and find I'm a raving lunatic then you start ignoring my input.

Research before you choose. You need to stay somewhere a year to open the door to better options. Job hopping in a soft economy and a saturated market is hard on a career choice.

    D_Jeffers Thanks this.

And at one time you were just as new to this as I am. And I'm pretty sure when you had a question, you didn't want somebody giving a nonsense answer to it now did you?
