which is better

From my perspective..i think Swift is a good place to start your trucking career. They have been fair with me...they have been precise on my pay and I have gotten everything I expected from them...and they are usually prompt with things they are suppose to do...except having mt's available. lol

 

Go with the hometown terminal. I just started with swift, and I tell you it's nice. You may get in with a T-call at say 3 am, you know you need 10 hours atleast before you can drive again, so I head home. You can even set up your preplans to go to your cell phone, so you can sit athome and see when your next load pickup is.

If your not near your terminal, this wont work out. Mind you, I live within 10 minutes of mine.
