I think your going to find that the Volvo will be more costly than the sweet deal they are offering.
My father told me so long ago. These words still hold true

Swedish engineered would be a more accurate statement. That Volvo is likely to be more American made than whatever you’re currently drivingCattleman84 Thanks this.

I bought a Mountain Bike about 30 years ago. A Specialized Hard Rock. Probably $300.00 in 1990. Not "cheap" at the time. Had a decal on the frame. "Designed in the USA. Made in Taiwan"lovesthedrive and God prefers Diesels Thank this.

General air leaks and Reefer belts slapping against metal are some of the most irritating sounds you can hear in a CMV parking area. I made the mistake once of just sleeping in my truck at our Arkansas Terminal rather than get a room. Just after midnight, a driver dropped a loaded reefer next to me and that dang reefer was so loud I had to get up and move way over to another area where we actually were not supposed to park. Even that far away I could still hear that belt slapping in the distance! I later learned the night dispatcher had a heated discussion with the on-call mechanic over that dang thing.
lovesthedrive Thanks this.
