    Option 2 is the best I would think.

    But not with a mortgage.

    WHEN DID I ASK YOUR ADVICE OR THESE OTHER PEOPLES ADVICE ABOUT MY LOAN, BUSINESS PLAN or anything that has to do with financing this truck ??? the thread was about which truck to take.
    I am not on here trying to get advice on LIFE DUDDEEEEEEEE.
    all of your opinions suck anyway..

    Why wouldnt I take 40k from family ??? family i always helped and was there for financially many times before..
    at 3% int rate and 10 year loan with easy pymt of 386 why not???
    I should go to bank and get screwed over???
