I doubt you can beat a Freightliner Cascadia for a good reasonably priced truck with low miles. They aren't the coolest but get one for a starter truck and get a nicer one later. Best of luck to you!!!!
One other thing. Check out Penskeusedtrucks.com. They have some really nice stuff for a good price, and if you look a bit you can find one with aluminum wheels.
OP has insufficient monies in hand for 6months or more of problems associated with non paying brokers, fuel issues, breakdowns and so on. A truck is easy to jump into but can you keep it? That takes a lot more capital in a business. I recall in our Tavern the monthly gas bill was about 3000 flat. All that cooking, heat and hot water and so on. The first three thousand you take in off sales is gone. Then payroll, then electric then restock then then then...
That blows my mind a little bit that you can buy a truck that new for that little. How do companies afford to take that beating rolling trucks over with that few miles? Just shows how cheap and crappy new trucks are. I could sell my 01 Pete for darn near same money
It’s not that cheap, low miles yes, but still is a 7 yr old Truck, I’d guess $115 k new? Just a guess.
