    Actually they do bulk loads too.

    I think the best way to go is with just sticking it out, I just get so stressed at the position I'm at I'm not 100% sure I won't end up walking out before my year is up haha.

    They'll fine you money.

    Nonsense, pay your own way and obtain your CDL on your own with no strings attached. That is why so many people get shafted at mega carriers, because everyone thinks they can get something for nothing.

    What if they start treating you like crap and you decide to leave, you're going to be out of the money anyway. So 2500, sounds like a very reasonable price to me. But thats just my thinking.
