    Stevens hit Prime.
    Pretty obvious. Prime truck couldn't have gotten the tractor between the Stevens truck and the other truck or couldn't have gotten the trailer tandems between the Stevens truck and other truck if he was backing in.
    If I were the police, I'd ask the Stevens driver why he's parked so crooked anyway.

    Looking at the photo of the Stevens truck,looks like the KW might actually HAVE a dashcam,mounted on the windshield next to the Complete Pass toll transponders!! So Stevens’ already knew what happened!!
