A little late to this but I have the same exact problem, Pickup I was riding in lost control and slammed into a tree. 8 years later my neck still bothers me almost every day.

Doctors cant find anything, before I started driving I was on muscle relaxers which did help a lot. Try going to a specialist or chiropractor they may be able to help you. If nothing else come of the road and try to get on some medication.

 

Hang up side down like a bat. People have told me it makes thier back better. Maybe it could help a neck.
