Who do I contact to report highway patrol?

Think the car needs reprograming. I would prefer it turn on the lights during rain. I even had enough sense at about 15 to do that manually. Signage and slogans now are old hat for me...

 

You shoulda got "Red" Brown in Starkville. Fast. efficient, and only cost me $50 (!955 days, may be more now)

With me, it is not so much to see them as it is just to know they are there and I could dodge accordingly..

 

Yeah that too it pisses me off when it’s rain and your trying to get on a busy road and it’s hard to see traffic coming as it is and then some idiot is driving in the pouring rain’n in a dark colored vehicle or if their right behind you and it’s raining they don’t have their lights and and you know their back there but you can’t really see them .That’s why I’am in favor of the law. It pretty sad when they have to pass nanny laws because people are inconsistent or too stupid to think for themselves

We get all types. So a vague description from anyone will get mixed responses. That has nothing to do with race, religion or sex. Hell we don't even know what you are let alone what the cops were and I don't think many really care but to give any solid advice from any starting point we would need more information.

 

Cutting off the headlights but leaving daytime driving lights on, meaning no tail lights or cuts them completely off?
