As a former cop I can tell you that the person who is driving gets charged with possession. If there is a passenger and it's on there side. Then they get charged. If it's in a neutral place, like the sleeper, and no one claims it. Then all parties get charged. If it is of enough weight then it's possession with intent to distribute. Always check a truck before you drive it.
