If I were to choose between either company. I would go with Central Refrigerated. I drove for them and seemed to be a decent company. Stevens wants to much money for there training program. ast I knew, they don't train in CO, they will probably send you to Salt Lake city, UT. The yard in Denver is small, very small.
Keep a open mind with any company you choose. They all have there good and bad points.
BTW, Welcome to the Truckers Report

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Can anyone tell me a company that is hiring teams, my husband has 24+ years exp. I used to have my CDL but came off the road 6 years ago and let it go, I now have a permit. Oh yeah I had only 3 years experience previously. I went and took the permit test and past so now we are looking for a company that has a train your spouse program.
Thanks for your help. -
most companies will hire teams, as long as you pass their backround and orientation!

Nana's hubby trained her with Swift . Expediting companies also allow drivers to train their spouses . Check out Texas Nana's blog

The oilfield is back. Guys are making the big bucks again. This is expected to last at least two more years before it crashes again. Get up to North Dakota and go looking for applications. Let me know if any of you are interested in doing a move to up here. I could help you get a hookup.
