Making phone calls and finding out the truth is not a hard thing to do. I mean it is only an eliminating skill right? There are only 3 parties involved, the shipper, broker, and the carreer. The middle party already got out the business right? Due to indecency not to pay the carreer. The end, honest hard working people stand out. Good over Evil. Good=God. Evil=Devil.

You can also send a proper letter formatted carefully essentially telling the debt collection company that you are sorry they are incurring expenses collecting what cannot be collected. And not to bother you about it anymore. Legally at that point all collection efforts must cease.

Now... that does not mean you are free and clear. The original holder of the debt can go after you in civil court via a lawsuit. If that debt has not been written off first.

As everyone else has stated, trucker advice is not always spot on, get yourself a lawyer.

That's the most convoluted statement I've read in quite awhile?

From your inability to spell correctly or understand right from wrong, I'm guessing you're not an adult yet ?

When you finish high school and get a few years behind your belt, I think you'll have a better understanding of matters like this.

Puje, good and evil has nothing to do with one or other in this industry. And you as a "Drivah" do not get to decide liability. Your Bosses will determine that. The rest of it regarding phone calls etc again you are just a drivah. A dishwasher to be blunt. You can do certain things with that phone, but investigating failures or accidents is not one of them.

IndianaF150 said it best but I needed to bore down a little deeper to help you with this concept which you present as flawed.

I’m sorry I didn’t know I was graded for my grammer in English. It is just my best ability converse with others, so please forgive if I didn't use correct English. Yeah, I don’t have a piece of paper saying I graduated from a college (more than half of those kids went to college in debt for student loans and don’t have jobs).
I am not acting I know everything. I am just trying help the community in another words the industry. I got burnt many times, I got screwed over and over. I have been broke, and I have been hungry. I am still here. I don't rip off people or cheat.
I don’t have a boss and I make all the decisions. If the situation is out of your hand, it is out of your hand. That’s why there are insurances for. Guy like me use factoring, they pay me after I send the invoices. If they can’t collect and they might turn it over collection agencies.

Sorry, I didn't realize English was your second language. I should have realized that.

Oh well, I always respect people who know 2 languages.

I do also. I meant no disrespect at all.

I have gotten.. moderate or more tolerant rather. I even learned bits and pieces here and there.

Edited, cleaned up a concept that is beyond thread scope.

Yeah, if you declare a bankruptacy yeah you don't have to pay anything. However, you can't get a credit for 7 years.

Eh never mind that tripe. I'll see about editing it to clean it up.

I was thinking about languages and how it affects people online, I maintain a translator on a seperate laptop in one corner so I can talk to a russian, german or whoever during gaming for example.
