Dude that trucker and the car are wrong for so many reasons:

    1. If 4 wheelers are passing him in the slow lane, he needed to get the hell out of the hammer lane.

    2. The car should have got off cruise and not try to thread the needle.

    3. He decided to speed up at the last minute.

    4. Hammer lane is for passing not cruising....

    Both are idiot drivers

The first thing is to avoid an accident. The trucker didn't do that...

I watched again and saw the flatbed and changed my thoughts and edited my post. I wish the video could show if he got over to let traffic on the interstate. That was my next thought after watching it again, because that first car got in front

    Aamcotrans Thanks this.

Both are. But mostly the truck driver for not slowing down. I'm sure with the dash cam evidence the truck will be 100 percent at fault

He could have burped the throttle and let little mister car go on his way.

Little mister car could have just followed behind the truck.

Being an ####### to an ####### makes you both ######## ;)

Trucker at fault. We’re doing this job day in and day out, we’re paid to expect four wheelers to be clueless and do dumb stuff like that. Four wheelers are clueless and self absorbed...no surprise they were trying to be stupid, but the trucker had plenty of time to check the throttle for a second and let the car in...woulda cost a couple seconds in time and now he’s dealing with a wreck, down time, police, DOT....not worth it in my opinion. Trucker at fault.

When I first watched I felt that the car was more at fault. watching it a few more times the driver intentionally sped up and created the accident when all he had to do is swallow his pride and tap the brakes.
