Who makes the best engine for 2008 and beyond?

Amen brother, i strongly believe in the Caterpillar product, as far as anything 03 and older im a CAT nut, and also believe they will iron things out.

 

try using the dps it really has helped us big time in saving money!

I am driving a new t2000 with the new c13 cat in it i have only had one problem with it so far. The fan that pulls the air from the dpf filter back to the motor cracked and filled the dpf full of anti freeze. It took them 6 days to get it fixed but i did get paid by cat for sitting 6 days broken down at the house other than that i have not had any problems with it.

 

Cummins is the only engine maker out there has absolutely said that you will not need to fill up with cow pee to meet emissions with their engine. It looks like everybody else is planning to use SCRs like europe.
