    I'm looking to become a driver and have narrowed it down to SWIFT and Werner. SWIFT can get me on the road quicker and Werner seems to have better equipment. Who in your opinion is the better company for a newbie to work for? Thanks

    There both the same,doesn't make a difference.
    Take whoever has a terminal closer to your house.
    What makes you think Werner has better equipment.
    They run the same stuff as swift on the same 3 year cycle.
    Werner trucks are just uglier than everything else on
    The highway, except for 1099 trucks.
