I worked for Buster Brown a few Christmases. They'd choreograph the shake in the john if it'd save ya two seconds.

I've forgotten to take mine off before after loading at the rack and driven down the road with it on, but I also wear it sometimes in the rain or for more protection from the sun also. First hardhat I've had that I actually can stand wearing though, so light and comfortable I forget it's on.

Those side impact hard hats suck. Hot as hell in the Summer.

I wear them because of skin cancer. Plus chaining up without them just plain sucks!!! I've got to keep my soft girly hands some how...... JK

Saftey vest whenever I'm out of the truck, every time. Get your hip broken by a 4ft tall female driver that can't possibly see over the wheel while touching the pedals just one time and you will get Rocky Med Tech carbon toe boots with reflective accents to go along with it.

Gloves. Right there on the door and they go on every time I get out of the truck. I have 2 pair one for working and a real nice leather pair for any trip into a building. I will never get some slobs cold or flu and never touch a piss covere latrine door handle.

Don't drive with vest, boots, or gloves on.

I was merely agreeing with Ralph, he's the one that thinks it's ridiculous to wear a vest going down the highway

As a safety vest wearing dork. I don't see problem wearing one. I've been nearly run over / backed on doing pre and post trips in tight yards to count. Someone get me one of those radio shack fireman helmets with a strobe light.... You know keep from being run over by someone who didn't have their morning Joe.....
