My friend who works at my company has had his share of incidents, but reported every one, hes still driving with us.

Big companies have a lot of rules so they can be in good standing with insurance companies, DOT, CSA, etc...at the same time the strict rules can be intimidating and cause one to panic and not report something. But approach your new job with no fear, learn how to play the game and get good at it, and youll make plenty of money, even with the usual giant companies.
