Yea i would say cowboy choose to leave back home..they always give you the option to stay at hotel and wait for trainer (which more than likely wont be a long wait because its right by their main terminal) or go home and wait...which takes longer and depending on where you live alot longer...shoulda just stayed in motel man.

I notice that you're new here at The Trucker's Report, Indyboy, and I wonder if you've had a chance to take the time to read the hundreds, maybe thousands, of posts describing what others have experienced at C.R. England? If not, you should. After readin' those, see if your opinion remains the same as it is now.
Having said that, -----
Welcome to the forums.

Anybody ever driven for Navajo? I am in Troops to Truckers doing a refresher through them and Navajo came in and talked to us yesterday. So there starting pay is $.25 CPM and they could not answer a few of my questions. They said they have electronic logs and they were talking about getting the trucks PMed on your 10hr break. I asked them the obvious thing "Dosn't the truck go onto the driving line and off of the sleeper berth line?" His response was that is on Maitenence to decide that. Then he said thats why you do it right before you go on your 10 hour and or right after???
Tehn I asked what there average miles are and the only thing they could tell me was that they ran there trucks 2200 miles per week to be able to make there payments and costs for everything. Thats all they said.... They dont have APUs, yes there trucks are nice and run 65 on CC and 62 with the pedal on the floor, they run mostly west coast, but there pay SUCKS!!! At your 7 year mark you are getting paid .34CPM!!! (Keep in mind this is not Per Diem pay) Now for an example I started out at Prime Inc and went through there school there and when I got into my own truck I started at .34CPM, now tell me they are ripping off the driver.
They should be on that survey up top if you ask me just for underpay.
