No thanks..... And whoever told me Flats don't ever bumps docks or load/unload at night...Come here...I want to thump your head hard!!!!!
Humorous is it not, that many drivers assume that the government thinks they're supposed to sleep the whole "10"....Do they assume they're supposed to sleep the whole "34" as well?....
This thread points out how out of touch the government is with truck driving. Everyone here has a different operation with different needs. There is no way a single set of regulations can accommodate everyone, but the current rules do it better than the new ones coming.
Keep your eyes and ears open....it shouldn't be too long before I'm going to need another dose of Carl's Jr. Walnut!
Aw C'mon....only if you like pulling for the mega-training companies. Get on with a smaller outfit and you can do much better than minimum wage..... at least before the wife gets a hold of the check!
Because as we all know.....A man has two "Earthly Bosses"...His employer and most importantly...His "real" Boss...The wife.....
what is this check you speak of???? hmmm open the doors--back in --go to sleep= $25 grab rusty ### chains--drag them on to trailer--hook the loaddown--catch the snipe in the nads a couple of times--grab tarp that ways more than me cause it is frozen solid--bust my butt to get it on top of load--fall off at least once--wrap it all nice and pretty--now i am dorty and sweaty and tired - $25 didnt take me long to switch to vans
Yes Sir! We complain all day long, day in and day out...about being told what, when how to do things at our work...... then we get married.....strong in our convictions I guess!
I think 34 hrs is too much,HOS is always changing.Next hos will be to take a 48 hr reset.Wonder if all the new laws have cut down on the accidents and has improved safety.
