Why a Tesla when you could have an Edison

Like @AModelCat has stated in this thread. Why do the ev designs have to look like dog poo? Just like the mach e Mustang why cant you just make it look like a mustang. Why does the tesla have to look like a swimming sperm? I like the white colored teslas when they come toward me they look like casper the friendly ghost on crack. Nothing says simplicity better then the old pre 1973 Kent-Worthington ribbon.

 

I like how they did all the wiring in the headache rack. Super simple to work on if they have problems.

Maybe I should have them convert my old cabover just for funsies.

 

It's interesting the computer or software problems that they are having to figure out just to get it this far. It's a long ways from old school mechanicals - just like everything else these days. I applaud their spirit and hope they continue to make a go of it.

 

You can also tell these guys really like trucks and respect their history. The guys designing the tesla and others have no love for trucks and a huge unhealthy fascination on the look of swimming sperm in a test tube.

 

Aerodynamic design is very important when your storage technology is 100 times less dense than gasoline.
