I had elogs with Knight Transportation, I can't tell you how many times Knight had their log teams change my logs so I could have hours to drive my truck and guess what they do it on a daily basis. Don't believe me just ask other Knight Drivers. They wanted me to drive from Brighton, Co. to Devils Lake, North Dakota, its 1100 miles one way, 65 mph truck, will take 1 1/2 days to make that run. Knight changed my logs after I drove 11 hours and gave me back 11 new hours so I could make that run in 24 hours! Now you can understand why I don't work for Knight any more! Not worth my license!
Why CSA 2010 and E-Logs are a good thing.

You get no CSA points from any ticket that goes to traffic court and an inspection wasn't involved .
http://www.kentuckystatepolice.org/cve/pdf/CSA_Just_The_Facts.pdf You WILL get CSA points if violations are found during a KY roadside or scale inspection .http://bulktransporter.com/regulations/transportation_csa_inconsistencies/ -
And these two tie together how?
A whole 7 years experience...still wet behind the ears!
1. Are there battle lines in KY that require ammo or other battle field stuff...over 11 hours drive time away?
2. Better check with the Marine Aviators and their schedule to get that necessary equipment from KY to the real battlefield!
3. Why do you like to try and mix emergency supplies and general freight? Your argument (excuses) hold little water, let alone merit!
Hey rookie...do you understand the difference between an "accident" and an "incident"? Truck stop and terminal "incidents" are just that, incidents not "accidents". You must be keeping your own personal record of your accidents and incidents!
EVERYONE? Really...I never said that, my wife never said that, I don't think G-Man ever said that.....so "everyone" is your imagination working overtime...and not getting paid either!
Again...your correlation of topics and answers tells me you don't know what you are talking about....try turning on the A/C !!!!
When did Ky secede from the Union? It's a FEDERAL rule, not a State option!
OK...you win....I think the Marine Gunnery Sergeant named you the moving target and his troops were incredibly accurate shots....rubber bullets off the cranium! Or was that you down on the ground that tried to catch the bomb we dropped....we were kidding, we didn't need it returned before we landed! GO USAF!!!!!
Hammer166, -insert name- and daf105paccar Thank this. -
You will get CSA points from Kentucky if you are not from Kentucky but I have proof I should have points on my CSA due to speeding in Illinois and a Road side Inspection was done, I also got a over weight inspection in Mo and guess what no points on my CSA cause I am from Kentucky. Yes if your from another state and get a inspection in Kentucky and your got some issues you will get points!

The reason you didn't get points for an overweight, was because there are no CSA points issued for overweight violations.

All this new stuff? Anyone know where I can get a updated regulation book?
