They're bound to regulation and interpretation. I'd suggest to anyone to fight every ticket you receive, guilty or not. Regulations are written in such a manner to try to cover most cases, this fact takes a of specificity out of the regulations. To enforce every single situation the book would be volumes and volumes and nobody would have the slightest idea. So it's generalized, giving you a fighting chance. Nothing says you'll win your case, but the system isn't bad. Show up and state your case, or hire someone to state it for you. Now if they'd only make the DataQ like that, where it's reviewed by committee, that is something that would make me very happy.

To clear it up I meant bears as in grizzly bears, the animal.

One cool thing is at the gp last night after I was loaded the forklift driver helped me secure and tarp the load. Only took 30 minutes to throw 9 straps and put two lumber tarps on.

That's why I also want to see a change in the data q. Sending it to the officer that wrote the ticket is a poor method.

so you can agree that there can be systems, laws, and regulations that be in effect and enforced, but be dead wrong?

    here they come with more

    bend over drivers

The location of the camera, according to Transecurity's petition, needs to be low on the windshield "because the safety equipment must have a clear forward facing view of the road, and low enough to accurately scan facial features for detection of impaired driving."

    dont you DARE yawn!

coming next? heart monitoring equipment, ekg wires all over your body

we are going to guarantee the american public safe roads from bad truck drivers

also, sleep monitoring equipment to verify that the drivers have slept at least 8hours, uninterrupted

if he gets up and goes to the bathroom, he will have to start his mandatory 8hr sleep monitoring procedure all over again

money and family income are not our concern, our concern is safety!

can we chain him to the bed at night?

What? All I'm saying is that a man that's been doing this as long as you have should get an award, or at least your name on the door...... "Mr. Experience" right there on the drivers door, what do you think?

If they make the camera thing mandatory then I will not be driving a truck. I'll take a 9-5 warehouse job.

I reserve the right to agree with you. I feel there is room for improvement in the method.
