Why CSA 2010 and E-Logs are a good thing.

Yeah, Are we Pro's or not? We make countless life or death decisions everyday while driving. I think a Pro can be trusted to decide if it is safe to make a phone call, and how to make it.

Often times I choose to use the phone hands-free so the ruling won't be a big deal to me personally, But I'll probably still hold the dang thing once in awhile too. I hope I don't get one of those FAT fines. I would have to work it off doing jail time, or file for bankruptcy.

Oh well, it's only one more freedom down the drain. --There's still a few left...

Yes, I do drive for a living. Once again, I will spell it out for you: I post from a smart phone. I am able to read and respond to posts and threads while I stop for potty breaks, at a dock or on my off time. It takes mere seconds to type a message and post it.

If you have questions or commentary regarding someone else's writing style, grammar or spelling, perhaps you should address those questions to one of the mods rather than attack someone on the open forum.
