LMAO..... mine hasn't been in my name for years. I'd bet there are many people who's phone is on a shared plan.

We got together when my sister moved back home. Me and the wife was on Sprint, she was on Cingular. And we were both wanting our mom to have one. With 2 bills that totaled over $400 (at the time). It just made sense.

Now we pay about $150 a month for 4 lines.

But...if you think about it. How DO they prove/find out you were on the phone at the time of the accident? By asking if you have a cell phone. Then obtaining the records.

just bought a truck which was still governed.poking along in IND.when 2 trucks passed me,leaving me in their dust.Cop was riding behind me.He pulls into hammer lane and I thought he was going after the other trucks, but I got pulled over for following to close.Didnt get a ticket but its now on my csa 2010.There was nothing I can do but laugh at the officer. So I think csa is bull and doesnt really go after the crap drivers.

My take on the whole cell phone thing is this....It's none of their business!

Like all walks of life there are some pretty creepy and wierd cops out there, I'm not really interested in them rooting through my phone and possibly looking at or downloading photos from it.

But more importantly...We are allowing our government and our law enforcement far too much lattitude to intrude into every aspect of our lives. Supposedly it's for safety or whatever other BS reason they come up with to gradually erode our freedoms.

They want my phone? I'll give'em a throwaway! If they think I'm holding out on them it's up to them to figure out how and why!
I'm not a sheep.....I will make it difficult enough for them to get the information that they want that they'll be very annoyed when they get it and find out that I had nothing to hide in the first place!

Y'all wanna lay down and let them run over you? Cool! But that aint me....I'll make'em work for it!

Join the club! I run at a moderate pace, so I get passed a lot. I had the exact same thing happen to me up on the toll road in Indiana a couple of years ago. Very same thing, got passed, and then got stopped. Didn't get a ticket, but it dinged my CSA because an inspection was done.

Your assuming your breathing when they look through them. Last guy I heard about whose phone records they dissected killed a van load of Menonites in Ky.

By the time they have any interest in your phone they will have ample resources to find all of them.

Gotta love the mystique of the outlaw way. Well maybe your luck will hold out and they will never want your records but if they do all the childish hide and seek in the world will not conceal a thing. But some people expend needless energy trying to conceal their actions instead of just doing what they should.
