This is a big red flag, corporate speak for "you better not have a life outside work or ever want to take time off, and we might send a condolences card to your family when you work yourself into an early grave, with the bill to return your stuff" Walmart can burn.

WalMart plays one against the other, to their benefit. They tell the contractors..."Ask for too much and we'll kick you out. We can run all company trucks." Then they turn around and tell the company drivers the same thing..."If you guys get too greedy we'll dump the company trucks and start using contractors."
You guys that haven't been around very long might not have seen this ploy but it's a game as old as trucking itself. Whoever holds the whip hand, in this case it's WalMart, makes the rules.
Follow the money, follow the money.

plain jane white trailers.....solves many issues.

no need to broadcast who owns, or whats is inside.

But the owner of the trailer would be named in the police accident report for every ambulance chaser to see...

They already have those at some DC’s, North Platte has some plain white reefers. Still doesn’t work if the wreck is bad enough and they go looking for money.

The flip side is that companies like Walmart also want to be seen. There’s a reason they call them billboard trailers.

3 years experience? That's still rather tough. 3 years with a clean record means almost nobody will get hired. By then, many drivers will have had an accident or incident or several
