WallyWorld is way too anal. Their drivers can't make any decisions. They wanted me to work for them. Said the anal was because they have very deep pockets. I don't care. I worked for an outside company hauling WallyWorld.
One day I came into the terminal. A snow storm had hit. Barely made it. After dropping trailer. A WallyWorld driver walked up to my truck. Said he saw I just made it in. He did too. Had another load to take. Should he take it? Or wait? ... The answer is obvious.
One day had pulled forward of a dropped trailer at the terminal. Had a driver walk up. Asked me...Can you please move? I need to hook up to the trailer next to you. I''m not allowed to with you here.
They're nice good guys. I can't put up with that anal. You must be decisive as a driver. They're not allowed to be.
Why did Walmart lower their requirements for hiring drivers?
