    Tired of being told,
What to do, when to do it, how to do it. And then they tell you what your going to be paid, when you're going to be paid, and if they find enough reason to, they will fire you, lay you off, cut your hours and so on. All while making thousands of dollars to millions a year.

Now I'm an OO, I am taking some of that market away from the greedy jerks at corporate America, and they hate that crap.

    Mattflat362 and J/Cope79 Thank this.

I like to diagnose problems and change parts on vehicles.

Hated being bossed around like a tool at subordinate jobs.

I got tired of telling the boss he wasn't doing it right. Now I don't have that responsibility. LOL

The freedom to do as I please. Grow or fail by my own decisions. This February I've lasted 25 years as an o/o. I'm 67 and intend to keep going.

As an employee I had to change jobs every 4 years like clockwork. I can't explain that.

Total freedom. No caps on income. Work when you want, how you want, where you want with who you want.....or not. The only limitation is DOT and government regulations which companies have on top of all the other BS.
