Why Did You Quit Schneider?

Playing ring around the rosie in Houston Tx for no pay doesn't seem equitable

 

Their recruiters say that when a Schneider company driver parks their truck at a terminal for hometime, they must leave the truck and terminal. They cannot sleep in their truck for hometime. #### Schneider

 

I never worked for SN but I did train a driver who did. They lied to him also. Was hired to work dedicated out of French Camp Ca & ended up OTR from Ca to midwest, mostly Chicago area. Quit after 6mos.

But I can tell by your post that you are not cut out for the job. Why? Your to lazy to change out a mudflap yourself & ##### about how long the shop takes. Companies paid me to do it, did you ever ask? Your whole demeanor in your post speaks to somebody who dispatch was not gonna help be successful.
Read it a few times, & maybe even you will get the picture Trust me, the motoring public has called in to complain about me 2x's in 27 yrs. You had how many at SN? they saw a pattern of aggressive driving & matched it with your demeanor with the company. Even when you have legit complaints you need to grow up & learn to communicate them professionally.

 

why would you want to sleep at the terminal for your home time?
