    Pablo Euro trucks(engines, trans, ..) are good for Europeans not for Americans. A week go I was driving two year old Volvo in Armenia. Just wanted to compare with my Cascadia. My feeling was like I am driving Toyota Corolla after Escalade.

    @mhyn:
    We're quite aware of that race. I just hope that Donald will be the Republican candidate, that is the best garantuee that Ms. Clinton will be your next president. In the UK there has been a petition to ban Mr. Trump from the UK. It got so many signatures that the house of commons is forced to debate the petition.

    Furthermore you would curse your Cascadia if you had to use it in Europe. You would get stuck in every city. Trying to park an Escalade in a European parking garage may alse be quite a challenge.

    @NorthernMechanic:
    The K100 was introduced in 1978. Do you really think that a 40 year old dinosaur is better then a modern state of the art European truck?

    I never said the K100 is better. I never said it was worse either. All I said is based on what I've seen of Euro trucks, I'd prefer the K100 based on looks and styling.

    Going by the polls , Trump would get 20% of the Dem vote. So do not count ones chickens before they hatch. Not even clear Clinton will be the Dem candidate. Seeing far more Bernie stickers then Clinton.

    You can't compare a 1978 K100 with a 2016 Volvo, that's like comparing it with a 1978 Volvo, a F12 or whatever they were.
    The latest cabover KW is a K200, they are made in Australia and are vey popular here.
    Just go into the video section here and check out a road test comparison between the latest K200 and Volvo FH.

    State of the art European truck? :) I see you are from Hoyland ( Paradise of Euro narkomans :) I know the weed is very cheap and popular there. Smoked? :) (if you think this will insult you I apologize).
    I have that state of the art OM472 (aka DD15) already 1.5 year. That junk german engineered engine is total failure. I have check engine light popped every 5000 miles. And finally it got blown at 450k miles. Former American Series 60 was much-much better engine! I am not talking about European state of the art MX-13 hehe . just check out this forum what people say about mx-13

    When your engine check light popped up every 5000 miles, was it the same problem? If so, then your dealer didn't find the underlying problem. I once had a similar problem with my car, and the dealer thought it was not a real problem but an electrical malfunction of the warning light. It wasn't, and the engine was destroyed.

    DAF is selling more tractors in Europe then any other truck manufacturer. So I suppose the MX-13 can't be that bad, otherwise they wouldn't sell all those tractors.

    DAF started building trucks in 1949, and last year nr. 1.000.000 was built. Kenworth started in 1923, and built 900.000 trucks if I read this correctly. DAF has always used its own engines, so I suppose they do know how to build an engine.

    Dear Ceasar
    no, it was not same problem. within 170 k miles I have changed the Doser block(made in Austria), two PLV's(made in Poland), Doser injector(made in Germany) , Belt tensioner (made in EU), camshaft housing gasket, DEF doser (made in Hungary). Plus inframe was done under warranty. Can you call it state of the art engineered engine?
    In EU the Actros(OM471 engine inside) is one of the top rated trucks. I can say OM471 engine is worse than OM472.
    I don't know about DAF trucks and I have doubt that its a good truck for USA. However maybe good one for Europeans or for nearest countries.

    Getting your info from the MSM?

    Mrs. C is very close to being indicted for some of her many crimes.

    The only thing that would be worse than the idiot we have now would be the criminal Clinton.
