Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

Why wouldn't they just leave them on site...forever ?

that suppose to be, but concrete pumps are very expensive pieces of equipment so i guess ( if those rumors are true someone get idea to sell them.)

i am kind of sceptical about those rumors, but i wont be surprised if they are true....

As much i could find out, terex crane used there for lifting pumps and other equipment to reactor is still in use , same as modular trailer used to pull equipment

so i wont be surprised if one or more pumps is smuggled

Sounds a bit unlikely. It would have been in the news, and the truck would have been treated as nuclear waste. That is bit more then just burying it. Putzmeister also sent concrete pumps to Fukushima.

    This is a Tschernobyl pump:

This is a video of the Putzmeister M70-5 concrete pump that was shipped from the US to Fukushima right after the disaster. The Kenworth 10x6 tractor is rather unusable in even the lightest off-road use because of the limited travel of the axles. I assume it's not possible to build the front axles as drive axles, so they were equipped with Poclain hydraulic motors. Sorry to say this, but any European truck manufacturer could have build a more suitable tractor.

Last two times they showed it stuck, anybody else notice the power divider was not locked in? And yes that truck could have been built with front drive axles, but then how would they sell their conversation kits? Heck watch your own video ! It list their claimed advantages over factory drive axles. Again , just because you say something doesn't make it so.

image.jpg They make these about 15 miles from my house. Owner of the company uses on as a daily driver. Fun seeing him at the Outback or Kickback Jacks!
