Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

    Mercedes Zetros (6x6 truck) got small hood. cab is really shares a lot with atego cabin.

    It is European conventional truck

    Yes, but the Zatros is the big bother of the Unimog, a pure off road truck.

    yep, it is big, like Oshkosh ore old ZIL 131.

    The same class.

    zetros is mainly build to be air transportable,

    but i think it is something like medium truck, not large, small 7.2L engines

    but they have recently present it with axor engine as tractor, cab is moved rear and installed higher , and seems like chassis is completely from actros

    Yes, I saw it. Seems to me would be next model of freightliner.

    This is clearly a military vehicle, a tractor for a tank transporter.

    It would no surprise me to find out that KRAZ also owned a universal joint production facility as well.

    In the 70's and early 80's we used International Paystar trucks with 2 speed hub reduction Spicer axles if I remember correctly.
    They were a lot of headaches as I recall.
    We currently get Western Star with Sisu hub-reduction that is excellent.
