Wow. That day cab didn't even touch the brakes. You can see at the VERY last second he attempts to pull left but it was waaayyyyy too late for that. I bet he was on his phone or playing with his ELD.

I'm certain there were fatalities. The driver himself could even be dead.

No self preservation or consideration for others. What is it that changes the thought process when an individual gets behind the wheel. Thank jesus I finished my driving carrer. Good day.

It’s the grouping mentality. Same reason everyone rushes en masse to a stale green light, or when a light turns green and there’s a crowd. If anything, it slows them down. I take my time coming to lights or groups of vehicles and #### sure let most of them pull away before I even begin to move if I somehow end up in such a group. I never get close enough to anyone or anything to even have my truck earn me about following distance. Usually if I do, it’s because they are passing me. And then I slow down. It also helps to back off some yourself when someone is tailgating. They will go around you. If your truck is governed at 62,65,68 or 70, you’re best to just do 62 and only go faster to pass those governed at 62. You will rarely have a problem tailgating yourself, and if someone is tailgating you, you can dust their ###.

Rest your case then, but just being alive is risky bud, and there is no way I’d risk being stranded on the highway for sure during an evacuation because someone like yourself doesn’t approve of riding draft - and on the odd chance a guy blows a tire, that’s laughable. Anyway, no need to insult another’s intelligence, just do you and I’ll look out for mine. Happy trails.
