They'll dispatch the lease/purchase drivers for those loads, because they'll haul for $.80 to $1.00 a mile.

Same rant...different driver....different day. Besides, people pull cheap freight because of ignorance, lack of legit options, or sometimes people just have to roll with the lean times and do the best they can and survive.
