More like blame your carrier for sending you to Miami. I live in Fla and I dont really care for Miami much at all.
As for the tire blow out,. .yep. Running the cooler north,.. get down into Fla with asphalt temps probably 20 - 30 deg hotter,.. any tire that was ready to blow will now blow.
As for the large latino population,.. sure,.. you have Ricans, Cubans and lots and lots of illegals. No different than Texas or anywhere else in this country.
And with experience you will learn not to rely on truck stops for parking. There are actually a lot of places to park. But not being from there,.. I do understand the confusion.
I like living in Fla,.. its not good for much else. But its a great place to retire.
Hurstblessedman, TruckChicken and jammer910Z Thank this. -
LOL I always get a chuckle when I tell people I'm from Florida and they say they couldnt live there because of the Hurricanes. This coming from a guy in Kansas.
My response was,.. well sir,.. unlike tornados and earthquakes,.. you'll never hear of a hurricane sneaking up on anyone. You generally have at least a 1 week warning.
Hurstmindes, bottomdumpin, Blackshack46 and 3 others Thank this. -

Unless you own some kind of business,.. its hard to make a good living in Fla.
Based on my own observations,.. unless your in the medical field,.. lawyer,.. or insurance,.. oh,.. and real estate and autobody shops,.. and you live in Fla,.. you are probably under paid.
Hurststwik and motocross25 Thank this. -
