Why Does Light Make Migraines Worse?

Mrs T. When I am home I don't take the otc Tylenol. I have Tylenol 3 (codeine yea baby!!) that I use. If the pain is bad enough I can't rest when I am away from home (friends or something like that) and I don't have my prescriptions then I will use Tylenol, Benadryl, and alcohol..... I never advise people to use methods that work for me as i know some may not help our bodies, but as I said before with that kind of pain you really don't give a ######.

 

Thanks, LW, you made me laugh - the tylenol, benadryl and alcohol is the exact mix I used to take to get to sleep in the morning after working a night shift!!!
