Love's doesn't but TA and Petro do. You can find them in the room marked "MEN" and "WOMEN". Their bathrooms are usually pretty disgusting.

 

It an easy way to trick you thinking you're getting a good deal, but the you forget to send it in and they keep their money. On a side note you notice Menards 11% off sale is now a constantly going thing?

 

Had a Loves employee tell me that the locals LOVE those helmets and buy them up very fast, especially the mini ones. Still smh.
