You gotta give more information!!!! What make model and year of truck. How quickly does it break and where does it break. You don't go to the doctor and say i have a pain and expect he/she/they to fix it without giving more information do you?
It's a 2007 KW W900 I have gone thru 4 new condesers(warranty) but it always breaks at the same spot the top connection hard tube it was solder on Mon and it broke again yesterday
A mounting problem maybe. One or more of the mount points is bent or missing/worn rubber pads. Could be the lines are not routed properly and it puts bend or twist pressure on the inlet line, add road vibration to that.
High speeds over rough roads with heavy loads. I’m with @Expressolane. A mounting issue made worse when the frame flexes?
